Incident at 6600 Allison November 8, 2007 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found in the 6600 block of Allison about 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday (Nov. 7). The identity of the male victim, in his 30s, is pending verification by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s office. He suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M.D. Newcomb and Officer A. Mares reported: HPD patrol officers responded to an anonymous 911 call from an individual who advised of a dead man at 6600 Allison. Officers arrived and found the deceased victim, bound by duct tape, lying in a field. Investigators believe the victim was killed at another location and dumped on Allison.
