Incident at 7120 Village Way November 12, 2007 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 7120 Village Way about 3:40 p.m. on Sunday (Nov. 11). The victim has been identified as Elvin D. Washington, 26, of 6215 Bankside. He suffered a gunshot wound and was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced dead. HPD Homicide Division Officers A. Ibarra and D. Daniels reported: Houston police officers were dispatched to a robbery and upon arrival the victim had already been transported to the hospital. According to witnesses, they heard multiple gunshots in the area. There is no suspect information at this time.
