Traffic Incident at 3400 Tidewater November 13, 2007 - Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident in the 3400 block of Tidewater about 2:20 a.m. today (Nov. 13). The victim’s identity is pending verification by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s office. HPD Mobility Incident Management Division Sergeant D.S. Runyan and Officer L. Morrison reported: The victim left his girlfriend’s house riding his motorcycle traveling on Tidewater when he struck a brick mailbox. Witnesses reported hearing the motorcycle engine rev up to a high speed, followed by a scraping sound. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
