Traffic Incident at 15000 Westheimer Parkway September 6, 2007 - Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident in the 15000 block of Westheimer Parkway about 12:30 a.m. today (September 6). The male victim was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital in critical condition and later died from his injuries. His identity is being withheld pending notification to next of kin. HPD Mobility Incident Management Division Sergeants R. Stafford and D. Arnold and Officer L. Morrison reported: Two males were riding motorcycles east on Westheimer Parkway towards Highway 6 when one of the riders lost control of his blue and white Suzuki. The Suzuki hit the curb, went upright and continued on the grassy median and collided with a tree. The victim was thrown from the motorcycle as it continued east along the median, crossed the westbound lanes and stopped on the shoulder of Westheimer Parkway. The investigation is continuing.
