Incident at 4400 West Airport #1403

September 11, 2007 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a woman in the 4400 block of West Airport #1403 about 12:55 a.m. today (September 11).

The victim, Anternett Rochelle Thomas, 19, of 4400 West Airport #1403, suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants C.W. Howard and M. McStravick and Officers C. L. Scales and R. P. Martinez reported:

Officers and HFD personnel responded to a shooting call at the Palomino Place Apartments and observed Ms. Thomas dead of an apparent gunshot wound inside apartment #1403.

There are no witnesses, suspects, or a motive at this time.
