Traffic Incident at 10200 South Post Oak September 25, 2007 - Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident in the 10200 block of South Post Oak about 2:45 a.m. today (September 25). The victim, Thomas Andrew Metcalf, 21, was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Mobility Incident Management Division Sergeant D. Morgan and Officer J. Lin reported: Mr. Metcalf was traveling south on South Post Oak in a white Ford Taurus when he lost control of the vehicle and struck the west curb. The Taurus then struck a light pole, broke it in half, then struck a second light pole before coming to a stop. The investigation is continuing.
