Fatal Traffic Accident at 1705 Dewalt Street April 7, 2008 - Houston police are investigating a fatal one car accident at 1705 Dewalt Street about 2:15 p.m. on Saturday (April 5). The victim, Antoinette Baker, 21, of Houston, was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Mobility Incident Management Division Sergeant D. Morgan and Officer A. Rodriguez reported: Ms. Baker was driving an Isuzu Axiom west on Dewalt when she lost control of the vehicle and veered to the left, off the roadway. The vehicle then struck a tree. There were no other passengers in the vehicle. The investigation is continuing. |
