Mr. Castaneda was at a bar with his girlfriend, and after having a disagreement with her, was leaving the business. As Castaneda walked outside, accompanied by a female friend, he shouted an unwelcome remark at his girlfriend, who now was also standing outside with a female friend as well. A male (suspect) near the location heard the remark shouted by Castaneda and confronted him in an aggressive manner, and asked if Castaneda was talking about his sister.
