Incident at 12215 Foxton Road January 10, 2008 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found at 12215 Foxton Road about 12:30 a.m. today (January 10). The victim, 51, suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced dead. His identity is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s office. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. McStravick and Officer B.D. Evans reported: Officers responded to a person down call at 12215 Foxton Road and found the victim at the location with an unknown injury to his head. HFD paramedics transported the victim to the hospital where doctors determined he had suffered a gunshot wound. There is no known suspect(s) or motive in the incident at this time.
