Incident at 5300 Balfour Street January 28, 2008 - Houston police are investigating the death of a man found at 5300 Balfour Street about 5:30 a.m. today (January 28). The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s office. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant C.T. Mosqueda and Officer L. Benavidez reported: The victim was found lying in the middle of the roadway with a large puncture wound to his upper chest and was pronounced dead at the scene.
