Fatal Shooting at 6633 West Airport Boulevard #1006 June 16, 2008 - The fatal shooting of a man at 6633 West Airport Boulevard #1006 about 12:30 a.m. on June 9 will be referred to a Harris County grand jury. The victim, David Lee Bogany, 21, of Houston, suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant C.D. Howard and Senior Police Officer R. Moreno reported: HPD officers responded to a shooting call at 6633 West Airport Boulevard #1006 and found the victim shot inside the apartment. The shooter, Quincy Ray Bailey, 53, and several witnesses were interviewed and subsequently released. |
