2 Men Found Dead Investigation at 14100 Del Papa

September 16, 2008 - Houston police are investigating the death of two men at 14100 Del Papa about 2:30 p.m. Monday (September 15).

The victims, Francisco Garcia, 20, of Houston, and German Rojas, 32, also of Houston, were pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Senior Police Officers A. J. Palos and C. T. Hufstedler reported:

Rojas and Garcia secured the mobile home at 14100 Del Papa by covering the windows with tin and then placed a generator inside the residence to provide power. Both victims then started the generator and went to their rooms. Garcia’s brother later went to the residence and found both Rojas and Garcia deceased.

The investigation is continuing.
