Male Found Deceased at 400 South Jensen

February 20, 2008 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a man found in Buffalo Bayou at 400 South Jensen about 2:50 p.m. on Thursday (Feb. 19).

The victim is identified as Teshome Taye, 50, of Houston. 

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant R. Blain and Officer E. Schmidt reported:

The victim was found in Buffalo Bayou, less than one mile from his residence.  He was identified through his Texas driver’s license found on his person.

At this time, investigators are awaiting autopsy results from the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office to determine Mr. Taye’s cause and manner of death.
