Fatal Shooting at 11400 Carvel

April 2, 2010 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of two men in the 11400 block of Carvel about 10:50 p.m. on Thursday (Apr. 1).

Both victims, 24 and 30, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at the scene. The identities of both men are pending verification by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office.

HPD Homicide Division Senior Police Officers B. Evans and J. Robles reported:

Both victims were parked in the 11400 block of Carvel when they were approached by two unknown male suspects. At some point, both suspects shot the victims and then fled the scene in one of the victims’ vehicles. That vehicle was later recovered. The suspects are described only as Hispanic males.

At this time, the motive for the shooting appears to be robbery.
