Suspect Arrested, Charged in Death at 8000 Woodway April 23, 2010 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the death of an infant found at 8000 Woodway following a reported kidnaping about 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday (April 21). Narjes Modarresi (A/f, DOB: 9-8-81) has been charged with capital murder in 339th State District Court in the death of her son, Masih Golabbakhsh, two months, who was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Sergeants R. Torres, J. Brooks and Senior Police Officers C. Scales and M. Waters reported: Modarresi called police on Wednesday afternoon and reported her two-month-old son had been kidnapped. Early Thursday, April 22, she led investigators to his body. Based on the cause of death, determined by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Science, charges were filed against Modarresi.
