On Nov. 18, a 15-year-old female was near an entrance gate waiting on her friend to arrive at an apartment complex at 7203 Bellerive. The suspect walked by the juvenile, struck her on the right side of her face, told her he was an undercover police officer and that she was under arrest. He then accused the15-year-old of being in a gang and selling drugs. The suspect drove her to an area near Lee High School, asked her to point out who she bought drugs from and eventually took her to a parking garage at Sharpstown Mall.
