Fatal Shooting at 8210 Bauman June 23, 2010 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 8210 Bauman about 4 a.m. today. The victim, Victor Martinez, 26, of Houston, suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Countryman and Officers K. Lopez and M. Coleman reported: When Mr. Martinez left his second-story apartment to investigate suspicious activity he saw in the parking lot, two unknown Hispanic males ran up the stairwell and shot him one time.
