Composite Sketch of Suspect in Child Indecency Cases

September 22, 2010 - Investigators in the Houston Police Department Juvenile Sex Crimes Unit have released a composite sketch of a suspect wanted in several child indecency incidents near two westside schools.

The suspect is described only as a Hispanic male with a large build in his mid 30s.  A composite sketch of the suspect is attached to this news release.  He was last seen in the 1300 block of Park Bayou driving a turquoise or light blue 4-door vehicle with chrome trim around the windows.  It is described as a newer model vehicle with a clean interior.

Three incidents have occurred in the areas of West Briar Middle School and Westside High School between the hours of 4 to 5 p.m.  as young teenage girls walked home alone from school.  In each case, the suspect drove up to the girls, asked if they needed a ride and tried to persuade them to get into his car.  The suspect then exposed himself to the girls.

Anyone with information in these cases is urged to contact the HPD Juvenile Sex Crimes Unit at 713-731-5335 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
