Fatal Shooting at 9400 Kempwood


September 27, 2010 - Houston police are asking for the public's assistance in identifying several persons of interest wanted for questioning in the fatal shooting of a man at 9400 Kempwood about 2:35 a.m. on Sunday (September 26). 

The persons of interest are described only as two Hispanic females and three Hispanic males.  Photos of the persons of interest are attached to this news release. 

The male victim, 30 to 40 years of age, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.  His identity is pending verification by thte Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. 

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant K. Tolls and Senior Police Officer B. Evans reported: 

Patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above location and found the victim deceased in the strip center parking lot. 

There are no known witnesses nor suspects.
