August 17, 2011 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 10101 Forum Park Drive about 10:30 p.m. on Sunday (Aug. 14).

Don Juan Davis, 31, of Houston, suffered a gun shot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant B. Harris and Senior Police Officer M. Waters reported:

Mr. Davis, along with several males and females, became involved in an argument in the parking lot of the above address.  At some point gunshots were fired and Davis was struck.

At this time there are no known suspects.
