November 18, 2011 - Houston police have arrested three additional suspects charged in the fatal shooting of a man at 9350 Country Creek about 1:30 a.m. on October 16.

Charges of capital murder are now filed against four suspects.  Ashtin Johnson (b/m, DOB: 11-4-87) is charged  in the 263rd State District Court, Cymone Anthony (b/f, DOB: 1-24-91) and Beoncay Sade Kesee (b/f, DOB: 10-22-88) are charged in the 208th State District Court and Martez Levy (b/m, DOB: 6-20-86), is charged in the 232ndState District Court.  All four are accused in the shooting death of Luis Vasquez, 24, of Houston.

HPD Homicide Division Sgt. J. Wilson and Officer D. Gunter reported:

The female suspects, Anthony and Kesee, lured Mr. Vasquez andhis friend to drive to the back parking lot of the West Wood Garden Condominiums.  Vasquez parked his car, as instructed by Anthony and Kesee.  Vasquez then got out of the car and began to walk toward a breezeway area when he was attacked by suspects Levy and Johnson.  Levy andJohnson struck Vasquez several times in the back of the head with a blunt force object andthen fatally shot him in the back of the head.  Vasquez's friend managed to flee on foot and called 911.

Further investigation and witness statements identified Levy, Johnson, Anthony and Kesee as suspects in this case.  Levy was arrested without incident on November 8, Johnson on Tuesday (Nov. 15) and Anthony and kesee were apprehended on Thursday (Nov. 17).
