August 13, 2012 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 7526 Martin Luther King Boulevard about 7 p.m. on Saturday (August 11).
The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Officers I. Ulloa and M. Chaney reported:

Witnesses heard two gunshots at the apartment complex at the above address. Patrol officers and HFD paramedics arrived and were directed to the area where the victim was found outside an apartment. Paramedics pronounced the male dead at the scene.

There are no known suspects in the shooting at this time.
