Surveillance Video of Suspects Wanted in Robbery

Houston police are asking for the public's help in identifying two male suspects believed responsible for a robbery at a northwest Houston check cashing business last Friday (July 13).

The suspects are described only as two Hispanic males, both wearing camouflage ski masks and matching green jumpsuits.  One of the suspects was armed with a gun.

The suspects forcibly entered the EZ Check cashing business at 14121 Northwest Freeway (U. S. Highway 290) about 12:10 p.m. and demanded money from the safe.  One suspect opened the safe and took an undetermined amount of cash while the other suspect tied up a female employee's.  The female's purse was stolen in the robbery.  The suspects ran out the back door.

At 1 p.m. TODAY (Wednesday, July 18), an investigator from the HPD Robbery Division will be available to answer questions regarding this case at the HPD Westside Patrol Station at 3203 South Dairy Ashford.
