Fatal Shooting Investigation at 100 West Rittenhouse

June 25, 2012 - Houston police have learned the identity of a man found unresponsive with a gunshot wound at 100 West Rittenhouse about 1:15 a.m. on June 16.


The victim, Skyler Hawk Clark, 20, of Sinton, Texas, was pronounded dead at Ben Taub General Hospital the next day.

HPD Homicide Dvision Sergeant M. Countryman and Officer R. Olive reported:

Mr. Clark was found unresponsive in his wrecked vehicle at the above location on Saturday, June 16. The scene was originally believed to be a car accident, but further investigation revealed Clark had been shot in the head. He did not have any identification on his person. The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences determined his identity through fingerprints.
