March 5, 2012 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of one man and wounding of another as the two confronted each other at 12214 Roandale about 9:10 p.m. on Sunday (March 4).

The identity of the deceased victim, 22, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.  The wounded individual, Demontrion Terrell Albert, 24, was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital with a non life-threatening gunshot wound to the stomach.

Officers were dispatched to a shooting in-progress call at 4907 Kilkenny and observed Albert being transported to the hospital with a gunshot wound.
