October 22, 2012 - The fatal shooting of a man at 2016 Dunlavy about 2 a.m. on Sunday (Oct. 21) will be referred to a Harris County grand jury.

Benjamin David Becke, 30, of Huffman, suffered a gunshot wound to the chest and was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Senior Police Officer J. Villareal and Officer J. Horn reported:

HPD patrol officers and Houston Fire Department emergency crews responded to a reported shooting at the above address and found Mr. Becke. Further investigation and interviews with several witnesses determined he was shot during an argument with a neighbor.

The neighbor was interviewed and released without charges.
