Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 4700 Nett

December 26, 2013 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of two males at 4700 Nett about 2:15 a.m. on Wednesday (Dec. 25).

The male victim, Brian Washington, 30, of Houston, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The male suspect, Patrick Prince (b/m, DOB: 9-7-88), was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants M. Dillingham and M. Jewell reported:

Mr. Washington and the suspect, Prince, were leaving a night club at the above address when they began arguing. During the argument, Prince produced a gun and began shooting at Washington, striking him multiple times. Washington also pulled a gun and returned fire, striking Prince at least once.

Both weapons used in this incident were taken by an unknown individual(s). Anyone with information on the whereabouts of those weapons is urged to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600.
