Officers responded to a shooting call at the above address and found Mr. Lizama had suffered a gunshot wound to the head. Witnesses heard arguing and a gun shot, and then saw a dark brown, two-door Toyota car speeding away. Further investigation determined Rodriguez and Lizama got into an argument.
