Suspect Arrested, Charged in Fatal Shooting at 3307 Vega

June 3, 2013 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of a man at 3307 Vega about 10 a.m. on Sunday (June 2).  

The suspect, Kimberly Janette Bob, (b/f, DOB: 12-2-73) is charged with murder in the 337th State District Court.  A photo of suspect Bob is attached to this news release.  

The male victim was pronounced dead at the scene.  His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.  

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants A. Semmelrock and R. Chandler reported:  

Bob and the victim got into an argument in their bedroom while a witness was upstairs.  For unknown reasons, the argument turned violent and, at some point, Bob shot the victim several times.  HFD responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.  HPD patrol officers responded and took Bob into custody without incident.  Before being booked into jail, Bob was transported to an area hospital after complaining of medical issues.
