Investigation into Female and Male Found Dead at 320 York

October 21, 2013 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the deaths of a female and male found dead a few hours apart at 320 York on Saturday (Oct. 19) and Sunday (Oct. 20).

Andrea Rodriguez, 20, of the above address, was found unresponsive about 4 a.m. on Sunday and pronounced dead at the scene.

A male was found unresponsive at the same address about 11:20 p.m. on Saturday (Oct. 19). He was also pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. The causes of death of both individuals are pending autopsy results by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. Neither individual had any apparent signs of trauma.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant T. Pool and Senior Police Officer T. Tyler reported:

The family of Ms. Rodriguez found her unresponsive and called 911. HFD paramedics arrived and pronounced her deceased. Likewise, the male victim had been found unresponsive a few hours earlier and HFD paramedics also pronounced him deceased.

The investigation is pending autopsy results on both victims.
