Corey Hilton (b/m, DOB: 4-12-93) and Mario Hilton (b/m, DOB: 6-10-95) are both arrested and charged with capital murder in the 182nd State District Court.  A third suspect, Kenya D. Jackson (DOB: 2-19-93) is also charged with capital murder in the same court.

Jackson remains at-large and a photo of him is attached to this news release.

Investigators ask that photos of the Hiltons not be released at this time pending further investigation.

The deceased victim is identified as Robert G. Placette, 64, of Katy.  The other wounded victim, 43, sustained non life-threatening wounds.

Suspects Corey and Mario Hilton and Kenya Jackson, all wearing bandanas and masks, entered the Denny's restaurant at the above location and immediately fired several shots.  They ordered all customers and employees to the floor and demanded their property.  During the robbery, Mr. Placette and a restaurant employee were shot.  The suspects then fled the scene in an unknown minivan.

The investigation into the incident continues.
