Investigation into Man Found Deceased at 1004 East 32nd Street

April 18, 2014 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a man found at 1004 East 32nd Street about 2:10 p.m. on Thursday (April 17).

The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Officers S. Sylvester and E. Zugner reported:

The male was found on a couch inside an abandoned house with no utilities. His body was in an advanced stage of decomposition.

At this time, it appears this is a natural death. The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences will conduct an autopsy to determine the man's cause of death.
