December 22, 2014 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 16811 City View Place about 12:05 a.m. on Saturday (Dec. 20).

The victim, Terrance Garrett, 28, of Houston, was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Officers K. Winningham and C. Sharp reported:

Officers responded to a report of gunshots at the above address and arrived to find a witness attempting to aid Mr. Garrett, who had suffered gunshot wounds. Paramedics pronounced Garrett dead at the scene. At this time, there is no known motive nor suspect(s) in this incident.
