February 20, 2014 - Houston police are investigating a fatal shooting at 4926 Weeping Willow about 8:40 a.m. on Monday (Feb. 17).

The victim, Amides Artiga, 26, of the above addresss, was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Senior Police Officer B. Nabors and Officer J. Rexroad reported:

Mr. Artiga was at home with his family when two unknown suspects kicked the front door open and entered the house at the above address. The suspects ransacked the house and then shot Artiga before fleeing westbound on Weeping Willow. The suspects are described only as two males wearing all black, with ski masks.
