Person of Interest Sought in Missing Person Investigation

May 20, 2014 - Houston police are asking for the public's help in locating a person of interest wanted for questioning in the disappearance of a man on January 17.  

The person of interest, identified as Adam Ortega (H/m, 34), has not been charged at this time.  A photo of Ortega is attached to this news release.  

On January 17, Jacob Wallace was last seen leaving a residence at 8407 Delwin Street.  Ortega was seen picking up Wallace in a 2009 gold GMC Yukon sport utility vehicle with Texas license plates BK1098.  Wallace has not been seen since.  

Ortega is believed to have left the Houston area.  He is being sought only for questioning at this time in the disappearance of Jacob Wallace, 28, of Houston.
