Surveillance Video of Wanted Credit Card Theft Suspect

November 13, 2014 - An investigator in the Houston Police Department's Kingwood Patrol Division released surveillance video and are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect wanted for the theft of a credit card in Kingwood about October 26, 2014.

The suspect is described only as a black male, weighing 230 to 270 pounds, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, wearing a red Rockets jacket, a tan or cream baseball cap and occasionally glasses.  He drives a 2000 to 2005 green convertible Ford Mustang.  The Mustang has two wide, white racing stripes and a tan top.

The female victim used her credit card on Sunday, October 26, at 1660 West Lake Houston Parkway.  She then used her credit card again on Tuesday, October 28.  At the same time on Tuesday, the suspect was seen using the victim's credit card number at a Walmart at 5655 East Sam Houston Parkway to purchase a gift card.  The suspect then attempted to use the credit card and gift card at Walmarts at 4421 North Freeway, 10505 Broadway in Pearland and a Best Buy at 4620 Garth Road in Baytown.
