November 20, 2014 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found at 10131 Emnora about 7 a.m. on Sunday (November 16).  

The victim, Rikko Armando Valencia, 19, of Houston, was pronounced dead at the scene.  

HPD Homicide Division Senior Police Officer X. Avila and Officer L. Bailey reported:  

Mr. Valencia got off work about 4:20 a.m. and was walking home.  As Valencia crossed a church parking lot at the above address, he was shot by an unknown suspect(s).  A grounds keeper arrived at the building about 7 a.m. and found Valencia lying in the parking lot.  

At this time, there is no known motive in the shooting.
