November 24, 2014 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results on a female found deceased at 9000 Townpark about 2:40 p.m. on Saturday (Nov. 22).

The identity of the female is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Officers T.S. Miller and R. Klementich reported:

A man was walking his dog along a Flood Control District drainage ditch near Townpark and Bellaire Boulevard when the dog ran to an area covered by several trees.  The man walked closer and found the body of a female in several inches of water.
