Investigation into Death of Male Found at 5100 Ferris

November 04, 2014 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the the death of a man found at 5100 Ferris about 6 p.m. on Monday (November 3). 

The identity of the male and his cause of death are pending an examination by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Officers T. Miller and T. Ferguson reported:

Two students walking on Ferris Drive observed a male laying unconcious underneath a bridge in the 5100 block and called 9-1-1.  Bellaire EMS responded and pronounced the male dead at the scene.  Additional examination indicated the male had suffered trauma  to his body.
