Surveillance Video, Photos of Suspects Wanted in Fast-Food Robberies

November 5, 2014 - Houston police are asking for the public's help in identifying four suspects believed responsible for several robberies of fast food restaurants in the southwest Houston area since August.  

Two suspects are described only as black males, 24 to 27 years of age, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, 150 pounds with a slim build.  The suspects wore dark clothing and were armed with a semi-automatic handgun.  A third suspect  is described as either a light-skinned black or possibly Hispanic male, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 185 pounds.  The fourth suspect is described only as a black male with a dark brown complexion and weighing about 200 pounds.  He has a stocky build and wore a baseball cap with a yellow bill.  In at least two of the robberies, the suspects are seen wearing baseball caps with the letters "C. O. D"' on them.  In at least one of the incidents, the suspects fled in a gray Dodge Avenger.

The robberies occurred at the following locations:



  • McDonald's - 11825 Bellaire  - about 6:30 a.m. on August 12
  • Subway - 11936 Bellaire - about 7:10 p.m. on August 16
  • McDonald's - 11825 Bellaire - about 7:30 a.m. on August 23
  • McDonald's - 1920 Wilcrest - about 6:30 a.m. on August 26
  • Wendy's - 14027 Westheimer - about 8:55 p.m. on October 20 
  • Walmart - 11755 Beechnut  - about 6:50 a.m. on October 26

In all the incidents, the suspects entered the business, pointed a dark-colored, semi-automatic pistol at an employee and demanded money from the register and the restaurant safe.  In at least one of the robberies, one of the suspects posed as a customer while the other three suspects robbed the location.  In the last two incidents at Wendy's and Walmart, at least one of the suspects is seen wearing a surgical mask and sunglasses.
