Investigation into Shooting at 12700 Dairy Brook

October 1, 2014 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 12700 Dairy Brook about 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday (September 30).

The victim, 18, was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital in critical condition with life-threatening injuries.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. A. Holbrook and Officer K. McDonald reported:

A group of males at the above location got into a physical fight which broke up and the males separated. A few hours later, two males returned to the scene and fired multiple shots toward the residence where the fight had occurred. The victim, who was not part of the earlier fight, was struck by the gunfire.

The suspects are described only as two black males, one wearing a bandanna.
