January 20, 2015 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 11014 Airline Drive about 8:40 p.m. last Saturday (Jan. 17).

The victim, Jorge Angel, 48, was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant P. Jewell and Officer J. Saldana reported:

Mr. Angel was outside his vehicle in the parking lot of the Alex Trading Wholesale and Retail business, near Fiesta Mart, when he was shot multiple times.  His wallet, cell phone and keys were still on his person.
The possible suspect is described only as a Hispanic male driving a green sedan.
