Composite Sketch of Victim in Fatal Shooting at 5100 Telephone Road

May 13, 2015 - Houston police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man found fatally shot at 5100 Telephone Road about 4:15 a.m. on April 26.

The victim is described only as a Hispanic man in his mid 40s, 5 feet 6 inches tall and about 200 pounds.  He was wearing khaki work pants, tan work boots, and a green, short-sleeve button down collared shirt.  He was also seen wearing a brown belt with a marijuana leaf stamped on the back.  

A composite sketch of the victim is attached to this news release.  

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant C. Hassig and Officer T. Ferguson reported:

The victim was found in the northbound lanes of the roadway at the above address.  HFD paramedics arrived and observed the man had received a gunshot wound.  They transported him to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

At this time, there are no known witnesses nor suspects.
