May 26, 2015 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash that killed three people at 1700 State Highway 6 about 5:05 a.m. on Saturday (May 23).
The identities of the three male victims are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant K. Harris and Officer E. Morgado reported:
The driver of a white Geo Tracker was traveling southbound in the 1700 block of State Highway 6 when he failed to maintain a single lane, left the roadway and entered a ditch, causing the vehicle to roll over. The driver and front seat passenger were pronounced dead at the scene. Three other passengers were transported to area hospitals where one of them was pronounced dead.
The investigation is continuing.
