Fatal Crash at 5500 East Orem
November 16, 2015 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred at 5500 East Orem about 6:45 a.m. on Sunday (Nov. 15).The identity of the male victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant K. Harris and Officer E. Rubio reported:
The victim was driving a black Honda Civic eastbound on East Orem when the vehicle struck a curb, left the roadway and then struck two trees. Paramedics pronounced the driver dead at the scene. No other persons were inside the vehicle.
The investigation is continuing.
