Investigation into Male Found Fatally Shot at 2300 Coral

November 30, 2015 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male found at 2300 Coral about 11:40 p.m. on Saturday (Nov. 28).

The identity of the victim is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant C. Smith and Senior Police Officer L. Lovelace reported:

Officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 2300 block of Coral and found the victim in a maroon Toyota Corolla.  He had suffered apparent gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.  At this time, there is no known suspect(s) or motive.
