Help Sought in Missing Persons Case


April 6, 2016 - Houston police are seeking the public's assistance in locating two individuals who went missing between Saturday (April 2) and Tuesday (April 5th). 

The missing male, Sidney Taylor, 35, of Houston and the missing female,  Kristlyn Gibson, 35, were last seen together in Austin, Texas.  A photo of the two individuals is attached to this news release.

HPD Homicide Division Officers S. Spivey and W. Huff reported:

On Friday (April 1) both Mr. Taylor and Ms. Gibson left Houston and arrived in Austin to attend the Urban Festival for the weekend.  They were both last seen in the early morning hours on Saturday (April 2).  They have since been reported missing to the Austin Police Department. 

On Tuesday (April 5), a vehicle belonging to one of the individuals was found in Houston, but both Taylor and Gibson remain missing.
