Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 2600 Westhollow


August 17, 2016 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found at 2600 Westhollow about 9:40 p.m. on Tuesday.  

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.  His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.  

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J. Robles and Officer I. Ulloa reported:  

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the Parkland at West Oaks apartment complex at the above address and found the victim deceased inside a crashed vehicle.  The victim had suffered at least one gunshot wound.  

At this time, there is no known motive nor suspects.
