Investigation into Fatal Shooting Victim Found at 109 Airtex
January 04, 2016 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a female found at 109 Airtex about 12:35 a.m. today (Jan. 4).
The identity of the victim is pending notification to her family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant R. Rodriguez and Officer M. Burrow reported:
HPD officers, as well as Harris County Precinct 4 Deputy Constables, responded to a shooting call at a Whataburger restaurant parking lot at the above address. The female victim was found deceased with an apparent gunshot wound in the back passenger seat of a vehicle. Additional investigation revealed the shooting did not occur at the location.
