Surveillance Video of Suspect Wanted in Robbery at 8370 Leamont


July 7, 2016 - Houston police are asking for the public's help in locating a suspect wanted in the robbery of a man at 8370 Leamont about 4:20 p.m..  

The suspect is described only as a black male in his 20s or 30s, about 6 feet tall, weighing 170 to 200 pounds.  He wore a distinctive multi-colored striped shirt, dark pants, and blue and white tennis shoes.

The victim returned to his townhome at the above address and parked his vehicle.  As he was unloading groceries from the back seat, he was approached by the suspect, armed with a handgun.  The suspect then, at gunpoint, demanded the victim's car keys and money from his wallet.  The suspect then got into the victim's vehicle for a time and then left the area on foot.
